A & M's Beach Houses - Rosebud House is a fantastic place to share with family and friends, for a fun filled holiday experience with something for each member to enjoy. In addition to being a mere five minute walk (400 meters) to a gorgeous, safe beach, this home radiates luxury and style featuring a front deck area that leads to a spectacular entrance.
The house features a large open plan living with a lounge area featuring a six seater lounge to sit back and relax whilst watching the 58" plasma screen, a formal dining table with eight seats and large fully equipped kitchen with stone benches, dishwasher, two door fridge/freezer and coffee machine. Also a split system A/C unit services this entire area.
The laundry has a 7.5kg front load washing machine and a 4kg dryer, the clothes line is in the courtyard.
A sliding door opens out onto a massive undercover entertainment deck complete with BBQ and gas fire and resort style outdoor setting and bar. The garage is converted into a fantastic games room with billiard table, rear projection TV, Playstation 2, DVD, stereo, darts and sofa to chill out on.
There is a master bedroom with queen bed and day bed which can also double as a double bed. Split system A/C, 42" plasma/DVD and full ensuite with spa bath and walk in robe, with a private entry also to the side yard.
Other bedroom upstairs has a trio bunk and has use of main bathroom, WC, shower and vanity. A split system A/C is located in the hall and will service both rooms.

Plenty of off street parking in either of the two driveways- ideal for boats jet skis, all behind gates.
