All Seasons Holiday Park

These villas are the newest in the park and have two bedrooms, can sleep up to six people and elevated to capture the breeze with a pitched ceiling inside. Stairs are used to access the villa with shady car parking underneath.

The view from the verandah which has an outdoor setting overlooking the heated Splash Park is spectacular. Split system heating and cooling and a TV/DVD in both bedrooms. Spacious combined living and dining area and the toilet is separate to the bathroom. When looking for an affordable place to base yourself in Mildura, you can’t go past these family friendly villas.

These three bedroom, two bathroom cabins are in the best location in the park overlooking the pool and BBQ gazebo and close to the brand new splash park. These cabins are luxurious and have fully ducted reverse cycle heating and cooling in all three bedrooms. Every bedroom has its own TV/DVD and the main bedroom has its very own private ensuite bathroom – heaven! When visiting Mildura, these cabins are the perfect accommodation to holiday in with plenty of room and space to move around in for up to 7 people.

These family units are one of the newest in the park. The are modern, fully-self contained with a large verandah and located just down from the pool, BBQ, jumping pillow and playground area. This unit offers spacious, modern comfortable holiday living for 2-8 people.

The bedrooms are separate from the living area. Three of the units have a queen bed in bedroom 1 and bedrooms 2 & 3 have a queen bed with a single bunk over the top.

Two of the units have a queen bed in bedroom 1, bedroom 2 has a queen bed with single bunk over the top and bedroom 3 has four single bunks. All linen provided.

The quality fully self-contained kitchen has granite benchtops, convection microwave, 4 burner gas cooktop, pantry and full size refrigerator, coffee pod machine (Nespresso pods required). A flat screen television is in the lounge and all bedrooms. Split system air conditioning/heating, large L shaped modular lounge in living area, spacious bathroom with separate toilet, free WIFI, iron & ironing board, welcome tea and coffee, balcony with outdoor table/chair setting.

The Park View Cabins are opposite the Pump Track. Great for keeping an eye on the kids! They have two bedrooms, the main room has a queen bed and the second bedroom has four single bunks. The kitchen is well-equipped for all your cooking needs.

The unit is fully self-contained, balcony with outdoor table/chairs, flat screen television in the lounge and both bedrooms. There are also ceiling fans and a split system air conditioner.

The Superior Spa Cabin caters for those who want a little something extra. The cabin has two couches, two bedrooms, a spacious bathroom with a separate shower and spa bath. The main room has a queen bed while the second bedroom has two single bunks. The kitchen is well-equipped for all your cooking needs.

The unit is fully self-contained with veranda overlooking the pool and furnished with a flat screen television and DVD, ceiling fans and a split system air conditioner.

Our spacious 2 bedroom family units have the added bonus of being wheelchair accessible throughout the living and dining area, also into the main bedroom and bathroom. Suitable for people who need a little extra room to move around in. They have a ramp leading to the front door with car parking alongside.

The Executive Cabins are fully self-contained units with verandas and located not far from the jumping pillow & playground areas. The cabins have two bedrooms with ensuite as well as a separate shower. Configuration either a queen bed and 4 single bunks (sleeping 6) OR a queen bed with a double bed and single bunk above (sleeping 5). All linen is provided.
The kitchen is fully self-contained with microwave, cooktop, small oven and full size refrigerator. There is a flat screen television in lounge and main bedroom, DVD player, split system air- conditioning/heating and free WiFi.

These newly renovated, value-for-money two bedroom deluxe cabins are located in the centre of the park and feature two bedrooms with ensuite as well as a separate shower. The main room has a queen bed while the second bedroom has four single bunks. The kitchen is well-equipped for all cooking needs.

Powered Ensuite sites accommodate tents, caravans and camper trailers with private bathroom facilities. Pet friendly during non-school holiday periods. Drive-through, glass and slab sites available.

Grassed and slab powered sites are located in close proximity to the new upgraded, very clean amenities block, laundry and camp kitchen. Drive through, grass and slab sites available with water, sullage and power.
