Includes a queen bed in the main room plus television and DVD player, triple bunk that sleeps three in the second bedroom, and triple and single bunks that sleeps five in the third bedroom plus another television and DVD player. Two bathrooms and two toilets, including bath, provide ample bathroom facilities for bigger groups.
The lounge offers a huge plasma television, DVD player, CD player and over 150 DVDs to choose from. There is also a reading nook in the lounge as well.
The large kitchen and dining space includes a renovated kitchen with new appliances. Large alfresco dining barbecue area and outdoor games rooms that includes a pool table, air hockey and table tennis, boogie boards, scooters and bikes, plus climbing cubby and play gyms in the fully fenced backyard.
It is a three minute walk to the beach, golf, tennis, country club, bar and coffee shop and Atrium restaurant. Boat ramp, Marina, Safety Beach Sailing Club, leash-free beach, Dromana drive-inn and wineries are all located nearby.
Dromana shops, pubs and supermarkets are a two minute drive away.
