Brecon House Bed and Breakfast is located mid-way between Nagambie and Shepparton, in the town of Murchison, the oldest town in the Goulburn Valley region of the State of Victoria, Australia.
Built in the early Colonial era and now 160 years old, Brecon House is one of Murchison's original buildings that has been restored to provide luxury accommodation for anyone travelling to the Nagambie Lakes or Murray regions.
Brecon House has two luxurious guest bedrooms with ensuites. Downstairs is the "Emily Jane Suite" and upstairs the "River Bank Suite".
Nearby there are some great attractions like restaurants and local pubs, award winning wineries and the wetlands at Tahbilk which is home to masses of birds, fish, frogs and a variety of flora and fauna.
The property is not able to cater for children. The building is also strictly non-smoking. These two conditions are due to the historical nature of the building.
Imagine! Two luxurious air-conditioned bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. The Emily Jane suite has queen double. The River Bank suite has a king double or twin share with two king singles.
There is a cosy sitting room with relaxing armchairs and log fire for winter warmth.
Abundant breakfast, served to you in our Breakfast Room. Experience your imagination!
