A large sunny main hall and dining room is the centre of the camp, with a lovely view over the lawns to the pond, a home for ducks, frogs and native birds.
Most of Camp Banksia’s accommodation is in bunk style cabins, each sleeping six people. The cabins, grouped into four clusters, have easy access to facilities. Dedicated disabled toilet and shower facilities are provided at each cluster.Meals are prepared on site with the freshest ingredients ensuring appetising, balanced and nutritious catering.
Camp Banksia offers a wide range of facilities including a Community Centre, sports oval, tennis courts; sit-on kayaks and many ball games.
Camp Banksia organises nature based activities with The Parks and Wildlife Ranger to compliment the school curriculum.
