  The king bedroom has an ensuite bathroom which is disability friendly. The room opens to its own private courtyard. The bed can be either a king bed or twin beds as required and a fold-out bed or cot can be provided for a child. There is an adjacent bedroom with a double bed which annexes to the king room to accommodate a third person, and this room shares the king room bathroom.

• Suite

  Queen bedroom with separate sitting room with settee which converts to large comfortable single bed. The room is equipped with microwave, fridge, tea and coffee making facilities, television/DVD and has a full sized bathroom. The suite is located upstairs and accessed via the back garden area which it overlooks. The suite can accommodate three persons.
