Figtree Holiday Village is Warrnambool's most centrally located holiday park. It offers a wide range of accommodation which includes self-contained apartments, deluxe cabins, standard cabins and budget cabins.
Figtree also provides two different types of camping sites such as grassy powered ensuite sites and grassy powered sites, both of which are suitable for caravans, campervans, mobile homes and tents. Also available is a variety of entertainment facilities which include an indoor heated pool and spa, a tennis court, a games room, a TV room, a barbeque, a playground, an internet kiosk and a camp kitchen.
Children are frequently able to spend many hours happily entertaining themselves without mum or dad even needing to leave the park premises.
Figtree Holiday Village is situated in a quiet but central position in Lava Street which is one block south of the highway. Its lush green lawns, trees, shrubs and bright flower beds are easily maintained throughout the year. A short 7-8 minute walk will place you in the main shopping centre within easy access to shops (naturally!), restaurants, hotels, the cinema, the Performing Arts Centre, the post office, a supermarket and service stations.
A 4-5 minute drive, at town speed, will deliver you to Warrnambool's enormous adventure playground at Lake Pertobe, the Breakwater precinct, the Skate Park, the Mini Golf course and our two most popular beaches, the Lady Bay Beach and Stingray Bay.
The famous "Shipwrecked" Sound and Laser Show is presented nightly at the Flagstaff Hill Maritime Village and Museum which is only 3 blocks away from Figtree and therefore within very easy walking or driving distance.
