Guests are encouraged to experience the outdoor activities the High Country is famous for, including horse riding, bushwalking, hiking, bike riding, snow skiing, fishing in local rivers and water sports on Lake Eildon.

There is abundant wildlife to discover and beautiful views to enjoy while sitting around the fire pit. The Stables provide comfortable group accommodation with four bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, open fire and hot showers.

The Shed at Howqua Lodge is available for functions – the perfect rustic wedding venue for a magical day. You can enjoy your ceremony, photos, reception and accommodation all on site, with many local providers available to supply catering, flowers, music and anything else you need.

Situated only 20 minutes from Mansfield and 30 minutes from the base of Mt Buller, Howqua Lodge is ideally located for your country escape.

Howqua Lodge Accommodation

Each room consists of heating and ceiling fans. Accommodation can hold up to 12 guests. There are four bedrooms with a combination of double, single and bunk beds.
