Sandalwood Beach House, a two bedroom plus sleep-out A-frame holiday house, is wonderfully located at one of the region's best beaches. It is a self-contained, fully furnished accommodation on large block only metres from the beach making it a perfect venue for your holiday. Outside school holidays, for each seven night booking there is one night at no charge.
Moore Park Beach is only 21 kilometres from Bundaberg. Its unspoiled beach faces north-east and is bounded by the Kolan River to the north and Moore Park Creek to the south. This offers estuary as well as beach fishing opportunities. The wonderful location of Sandalwood allows for direct access to 20 kilometres of sandy beach. Zest restaurant and takeaway is located about one point three kilometres north while to the south is the Bowls Club (courtesy bus available), beach Kiosk and Surf Club.
The Moore Park Beach tavern, service station and mini-mart and an IGA complex with supermarket, bakery and hardware are only a couple of kilometres away. There are excellent public parks, linked walkways and car access points to the beach. The beach is rated in the least hazardous category by Surf Life Saving Australia.
