Mystery Mountain Farmstay caters for groups, particularly international school groups. It is a purpose built farm resort located on 55 acres of rich volcanic soil on Beechmont plateau in the Gold Coast Hinterland, just 45 minutes from Surfers Paradise. The Farmstay caters for groups from 20 to 50 or more people in comfortable bunk-style accommodation. Open fireplaces provide warmth in winter with air-conditioning in the dining room and bathrooms. There are views over the treetops to the Gold Coast and out to sea. School groups welcome.
Day-to-day activities on the property can include feeding the miniature horses, goats and alpaca's, bush cooking, cow milking, horse care and riding lessons, handcrafts, aboriginal style art class, sheep shearing, rainforest walk, English classes and bush dance with live band.
The owners, Jan and Garth Keppie, have been Gold Coast residents for over 30 years. They also own and operate the Australian International College of Language (AICOL), an English language school established in 1993 at 66 Marine Parade, Southport on the Gold Coast.
