Peppermint Brook Cottages is located 700 metres west of the heart of Margaret River and a five minute stroll to the Visitors' Centre, shops, cafes, restaurants, bars and other facilities. Conveniently located but retaining a sense of tranquility, surrounded by tall timber and within 100 metres of the Heritage Walk Trails.
There are eight comfortable brick and iron cottages surrounding an open lawn area, with fruit trees on the block. Cottages are two bedroom, fully self-contained, and contain a gas fire, comfortable beds, warm doonas and extra blankets. You will be warm as toast throughout your stay.
Cottages will accommodate between one and six persons with various bedding configurations.
Nearby, Peppermint House is a fully furnished three bedroom home which is approved for short stay accommodation. Ideal for families and for small groups of travellers who would like to occupy a larger area - the block size being 2,600 square metres. Peppermint House is just one kilometre to the west of the town centre, ideally placed for a stay in the Margaret River region. There's a gas-fired heater in the living room and verandahs on three sides. The block has peppermint trees and the Peppermint Brook runs through the property.
