Ross Bakery Inn provides accommodation in a fine old coaching inn located at Ross, Tasmania. Convict built in 1832 for John Dickinson, a free settler from Nottinghamshire England, the Ross Bakery Inn is a classic Georgian house.
The grand building offers comfortable accommodation as well as a self-contained cottage. The rooms in the Ross Bakery Inn are all first-floor bedrooms. Each room has ensuite facilities. This inn has its own in-house bakery with a traditional wood-fired oven, dating back to the 19th century. Today it supplies travellers and guests with a wide range of breads, cakes and pastries baked the old fashioned way. Kirsty's Cottage is a self-contained, three bedroom cottage accommodating six guests.
Kiki's room is our backpacker style room. It has three single beds. It is located up very steep stairs. The bathroom is down the stairs and outside of the building. Kiki's room is not suitable for children under seven years.
Ross is about a one-hour drive from Launceston (78 km) south along the Heritage Highway.Visit Website
