Yellow Cottage is an original brick cottage built in 1870, now renovated in a comfortable provincial style.
Attention to detail is expressed in the classic decor, which features a terrazzo floor and marble fire place surround. A chandelier hangs from the beautifully crafted Murray pine ceiling in the lounge room, complimented by a large Italianate wall mirror. Throughout the spacious interior, the walls are adorned by original artworks which together enhance the play of light and colour of the painted decorative effects.
The cottage is fully self-contained accommodation, which includes the comfort of an open fire in the winter as well as central heating and cooling. It features a fully equipped kitchen and large open plan living area with two bedrooms, a double bed and two single beds, to suit both couples and families.
The Cottage is surrounded by a large Mediterranean-style, secluded garden featuring distinctive brick and stone paving. The manicured rosemary hedges partition the garden highlighting the cast iron French urns, standing tall on their pedestals.
