They are both fully qualified chefs and use local produce in their exciting menu.

The Albion is the Victorian Winner of the I Love Food Awards best Pub/Bistro Food in Victoria in both 2009 and 2010! A big achievement for such a small establishment!

The hotel has the latest beer technology to ensure that the quality of the beer matches the quality of their food, and often features a guest beer to entice people to try something new!

Shannon and Tennille are passionate about the quality and variety of game meat the high country yields, and wanted to showcase that in their own way.

They decided that gourmet sausages would do the meat justice and at the same time entice more people to try meats that many wouldn''t have on their plate on a daily basis.

The "Captain and Mee" brand was created, under which to sell our sausages to customers.

Captain and Mee High Country Gourmet Sausages come in three distinct flavours, and are free from gluten and preservatives.

These flavours are:-

Venison Red Wine and Mushroom

Rabbit Bacon and Thyme

Asian Pork

All ingredients are sourced as locally as possible, and all our sausages are made with real casings of hog intestine.

We are open for Lunch and Dinner Tuesday to Sunday and public holiday Mondays.
