Bethany Wines

The Schrapel family have owned and operated Bethany Wines for over 150 years.

Today, with Bethany Wines being run by the fifth and sixth generations of the Schrapel family, the vine’s cycle continues as it always has, with minimal intervention, to produce the best possible grapes and wines.

Bethany Wines’ reputation for hospitality, not to mention the spectacular views of the Barossa, has attracted visitors from all over the world. Bethany have built a strong following for their wines which are sourced from vineyards situated in a unique microclimate along the foothills of the Barossa Ranges and the Schrapels are especially proud of their old plantings of Shiraz and Grenache and their Semillon, Chardonnay and Riesling vines.

The Schrapels welcome visitors to sample the fruits of their vines and to share their spirit and their ongoing connection with the land.
