The Brown family invite you to tour the historic grounds, taste their regional wines and savour the seasonal flavours of The Restaurant. Learn the story of a wine-making family who have been ahead of their time for 130 years.
Brown Brothers is one of Australia’s oldest and most loved wineries. With four generations of wine making experience the Brown family are producing some of Australia’s most innovative wine all from their King Valley Winery in the stunning Victorian high country.

Have you ever wondered how a wine blend is created?
Discover some of Brown Brothers’ classic wine varietals shiraz, merlot or cabernet sauvignon, which have been extracted straight from the wine barrel or tank by their winemakers.
During the Wine Blending Experience, you will taste the diverse flavours and experiment with different combinations to create your own unique blend of wine. Then bottle and label your unique creation for a one of a kind souvenir to take home.

Discover their rich history as pioneers of winemaking in Victoria, hear the stories with a guide by your side.
Join the chefs in the kitchen garden and help forage for produce to include in your exclusively designed lunch menu, perfectly matched to Brown Brothers wine and served to you by the Chef in the acclaimed Brown Brothers Restaurant.
9:30am – Kitchen garden forage with the chefs
10:00am – Guided Winery and History tour
11:00am – Guided seated wine tasting
12noon – Lunch – The Chefs Curated Menu with matched wines. Enjoy your lunch designed exclusively for you on the day, highlighting the produce from your morning’s harvest.

Of course, no King Valley brunch would be complete without Prosecco. Taste Brown Brothers’ entire Prosecco range at your own pace.

The plates you’ll enjoy are made fresh that day, using organic, sustainable produce grown in the Kitchen Garden. Imagery is a guide as the menu is fluid and changes regularly according to what’s in season.
