Entrance to the Goulburn River National Park has bush camping, bushwalking, wildlife. This is a wonderful spot for swimming, liloing over small rapids, or just relaxing. To get there, head north from Rylstone, turn left at Bylong for Mudgee and after a few kilometres, turn right onto Ringwood Road which takes you down to the River crossing, from here you can go the Lookout at Lees Peak or a bit further along to White Box camping area.
Alternatively from Mudgee head towards Wollar, taking the road through the Munghorn Gap National Park. From Wollar follow the Ulan Road for several kilometres and turn into Mogo Road. This takes you to the Spring Creek and Big River camping areas. There is a great swimming hole just around the bend on the Goulburn River.
