Mentges Master Meats is a very unique continental smallgoods shop and for over 700 years, this German family of artisan butchers has been handing down their traditions, and their methods remain unchanged.
Today Rudi Mentges is manufacturing meat from the same traditional recipes in his shop in Taree. Through his hands, 700 years of tradition comes to life. The genuine flavours of Europe without artificial colours or flavours. People come from all over NSW to partake in this wonderful tradition.
Their products are of very high quality and the 40 different traditional continental meat products, as well as terrines and hams, contain no artificial colourings, are gluten- and preservative-free.
