Paul Lesock's vineyard to Ballarat's north produces wines that are more than just flavoursome - the unwooded Chardonnay shows clean, fresh fruit and some depth; the Pinot Noir is gamey and savoury; and the Cabernet Merlot is an attractive medium-weight wine.
