Red Dirt Distillery

Red Dirt Distillery is a specialty business on the Dorrigo Plateau and is renowned for its Potato Vodka utilising the famous Dorrigo red soil Sebago potato. Their Potato Vodka has flavour and bouquet, ignites the senses and lingers on the palate. This vodka does not create a typical vodka burn, but rather a warming glow!

Red Dirt also manufacturers Italian style sweet liqueurs including Lemoncello, Centerbre, Lime Liqueur and Rosilio which can be enjoyed alone of mixed into exquisite cocktails. All our products are made from our own spirit, hand crafted in small batches.

The shopfront in the main street of Dorrigo includes "Lick The Spoon", the premier provedore of fine foods on the plateau. Lick the Spoon concentrates on the provision of unique and interesting food sourced from the local and regional area.
