Stringy Brae of Sevenhill

The current nine-hectare vineyard and winery is owned and operated by the Willson family, Donald, Sally and daughter Hannah. Their first wine was made in 1988, the first vineyard plantings commenced in 1991 and the cellar door was opened in 1993.

The cellar door now operates from a tastefully designed early settlers cottage, Waldie''s Shed - located on the 54 hectare property, which compliments the personalised atmosphere of the rural setting. Waldie''s Shed now serves light lunches by prior arrangement, including long weekends and caters for weddings and private functions. Wine by the glass and more tourist information, local produce and packaged past vintages area a feature.

Also located on the property is Stringy Brae Cottage – a stunning cottage offering beautiful vineyard accommodation.
