Wollongong City Gallery is the largest regional art museum in Australia.
Temporary exhibitions, in the Integral Energy Gallery change monthly and include all forms of art, local, national and international.
Exhibitions from the Gallery's permanent collection are on show in the Fine Gallery of Aboriginal Art and the Sredersas Gallery of early Australian art.
The Gallery has more than 1000 pieces in its collection, including Aboriginal Art from Illawarra and far South Coast of New South Wales, the Western Desert areas and Northern Territory, and collections of 19th and 20th century Australian art including contemporary Aboriginal art.
