Marla

With the new Darwin railway line straight across the road, Marla Roadhouse is a welcome oasis, just 160 kilometres south of the Northern Territory border. It marks the northern tip of the Oodnadatta Track and the turnoff to the Mintabie opal fields. It has 24-hour fuel, accommodation, camping, a general store and restaurant.
