Wean
Wean is a well known Boggabri property in the New England region of north west New South Wales. The Wean Amateur Picnic Races have been held here for more than 90 years; held in July each year they are one of the few true picnic races still operating in New South Wales. Coaches operate from Boggabri to take patrons to and from races and after dark dinner and dancing is held on the course. Stay at historic pubs or the local motel.
