Set in paradise, the Cairns International Tango Festival features international tango dancers and teachers Jairo Sanchez Rivera and Amy Georgina Teuchert with local musicians to create a week of beautiful Argentine milongas (social dance evenings) and workshops. World-first "Tango in the Sand" event will be the pinnacle of the week, set at the award-winning Kewarra Beach Resort, featuring a performance by the Tangueros on the beach at sunset.
