The Causley Fresh Gate to Plate includes Food Trails, a Master Class and Degustation Lunch.
On Saturday, choose from two Food Trails - from Grafton to Yamba on the 'Downriver Food Trail', or travel to the south along the 'Woolgoolga Food Bowl Trail' (details on website).
On Saturday evening, a Master Class will be held at Grafton Gallery with a variety of demonstrations and tastings hosted by Chef Antony Perring. Other specialty guest demonstrations include barbecue hors d'oeuvres, wine tasting, cheese making/tasting, chocolate making/tasting and coffee appreciation.
On Sunday, the popular seven course "degustation" lunch showcases the finest produce and products in this region and affords local chefs the opportunity to 'strut their stuff'!
