Moore Park Beach Festival of Arts is a two day festival that includes a temporary art gallery in the Community Hall that last year saw well over 200 entries and every year it gets bigger. Children's entertainment and stage events include cultural dancing, art workshops and two musical workshops, percussion rhythms and song writing.
There will be food stalls and a food court plus general stalls selling a variety of goods, sand sculpting and giant kites as well as beach activities including a fun run and ring events.
The festival commences on Saturday with school bands playing, and the official opening ceremony is held at a later time. The Festival is held over four separate interconnecting areas, Community Hall, Bi-Centennial oval, Bob Nielsen Park and the beach.Visit Website
