Blackheath Rhododendron Festival

During the 2009 Annual Rhododendron Festival the village comes alive with floral displays, annual art show, roof bolting, coal shovelling, and outdoor entertainment and as always the famous Street Parade on Saturday 7 November.

Program:
The Official opening and Art Show at Blackheath Community Centre. All items are for sale, with over 300 exhibits including traditional and contemporary works.

Saturday 7 and Sunday 8 November is the festival weekend with over 100 varied stalls, activities and music. From 9am to 4pm.
The Rhodo Ball. The Jazz Festival in the grounds of the Ivanhoe Hotel.
