Bathurst Region Eats and Drinks (BREAD) is a community non-profit organisation established to increase the awareness of the Bathurst region and its produce. At Bread in the Pavilion, enjoy dinner and dancing in the Beau Brown Pavilion at the Bathurst Showground.

Local providers and vignerons will display the best of the region’s freshest foods and the Farmers Market stall holders will be featured heavily.
