Illawarra Folk Festival at Bulli 2010
The Illawarra Folk Festival has been held annually in since 1985 and is one of New South Wales' premier music festivals and a major multicultural event for Australia organised totally by volunteers.
Cultural activities have produced a vibrant artistic community and the Illawarra Folk Festival has showcased them since the beginning.
The twenty-fifth anniversary Festival in 2010 will offer folk, world, acoustic, Celtic and traditional folk concerts, workshops, parades and dances.
The festival will include an array of 150 international, national and local artists including Nano Stern from Chile, Nathan from Canada, Damian Howard and The Ploughboys, Stiff Gins, A French Butler Called Smith, Enda Kenny, Bernard Carney, Merri-May Gill, Salley Dastey, The Borderers, Cloudstreet, Wheeze and Suck Band and Percussion Junction.
