We will witness another of these great events that was a 'mystery' to everyone back in 2003. That first event so captured the imagination around the district with compliments such as - Huge! Fantastic! Thrilling! Oh God! Can't wait for the next one! - that we now look forward with anticipation to Easter Sunday when 1000's of people 'race' into and around Wentworth from all over the district between 10am and 2pm.
The garage sites remain unknown until 10am (not before), on Easter Sunday when the town maps (marked with the sites) are distributed at Ruby's Cargo. Then off you go on your 'treasure hunt'. As people move from one sale to another their town maps are 'stamped' so that when they have visited ALL sites they return the map to Ruby's Cargo, where they could become the winner of the lucky draw prize.
Many of the local businesses join in the fun and excitement of the day by being open during the duration of the sales and beyond. Come along and enjoy this unique event while hunting for a bargain!
