Murray River International Music Festival
The Murray River International Music Festival began as an initiative of Stefano de Pieri and Helen Healy and has been running for sx years. It is a fine music festival presenting world class Australian and International musicians to audiences in unique locations along the Murray River including Mildura. Each day of the program provides world class performances combined with master-classes, workshops and school visits. The artists perform in a variety of venues ranging from riverside settings to riverboats, wineries to regional arts venues.
The Murray River International Music Festival provides a dynamic program of performances at Mildura, Wentworth, Swan Hill, Echuca, Cohuna and Shepparton venues, providing regional food and wine experiences.
Artsmildura is a leading community driven arts organisation charged with the development and delivery of a diverse annual program of creative arts through five festival events in the Mildura region:
January: Murray River International Music Festival
March: Mildura Wentworth Arts Festival
April: Murray Darling Palimpsest
July: Mildura Writers’ Festival
November: Mildura Jazz, Food and Wine Festival
