Snowy Mountains of Music
The Snowy Mountains of Music is a vibrant, new four day music festival held over the June long weekend. The location is the beautiful Perisher Resort in the New South Wales’ Snowy Mountains.
The festival will open the 2010 Australian Winter Ski Season with a bang. With over 45 acts and 120 concerts across nine venues, festival-goers can expect to hear some great new sounds from all over Australia.
It's an opportunity to soak up the magic of the snow fields whilst listening to some of our best musicians step up to the microphone with a mix of world, folk, roots, Celtic, acoustic, blues, traditional music, song, dance, poetry and yarn spinning.
