Bermagui Seaside Fair
Bermagui Seaside Fair is a multi award winning tourism event. Since 1987 it has been held on the second weekend in March each year. The event attracts over 10,000 people, many of whom stay for the weekend and longer.
Bermagui Seaside Fair includes a traditional Blessing of the Fleet ceremony, a fancy dress street parade, over 100 market stalls, carnival, sandcastle competition, helicopter joy flights over the scenic coastline, music and entertainment on two stages, quality arts and crafts exhibition, photographic exhibition, pet pageant and more.
The feature event of the Fair is “Sculpture on the Edge”, an exhibition of large sculptural pieces in the magnificent setting of Endeavour Point Headland, an indoor exhibition of smaller sculptures and a symposium.
