31st Annual Manly Jazz Festival
The Manly Jazz Festival, an annual event held over the three day long weekend in October, is Australia's largest and longest-running community-based jazz festival. Set in the beautiful Sydney Harbour environment, Manly is considered to be the 'home of jazz' in Australia.
The Festival will feature 60 free performances on four outdoor stages, located on the ocean beachfront, The Corso, Manly Wharf and outside Manly Council Chambers. Many of Manly's restaurants and bars will feature quality jazz performances in the evenings.
The full artistic program will include leading bands and artists from around Australia and overseas. A diverse range of jazz styles will be featured, including the best of the country’s student big bands - the future of jazz in Australia.
