Territory Rel Week

The skies come alive during these nine days and you can participate or watch.

In 2009 skydivers will celebrate the 30th Territory Rel Week by converging in Batchelor to make over 2500 parachute descents from 14,000 feet. This biennial meet is a major event on the Australian skydiving calendar and will provide the opportunity to improve skills in the areas of freefall, also known as rel-work, and canopy relative work.

Spectators are more than welcome to drop in and check out the action during the week. For those who are more adventurous, Tandem Skydives are available during the event, however bookings are essential.

Please note that consumption of alcohol at the dropzone while jumping is happening is not permitted.
