Humminbird Corroboree Park Challenge
A fishing competition for the whole family to tackle.
With the emphasis on the family and junior anglers, the Humminbird Corroboree Park Challenge is a tag-and-release photo competition. The renowned barramundi is the number-one target. Competitors will fish the fish-rich waters of Hardies Lagoon, Mary River Bridge Lagoon, Shady Camp, Corroboree Billabong and the tidal East and South Alligator Rivers. The annual Challenge is held on the full moon because the best fishing action is at night. Some big fish around the metre mark are landed each year.
