Pit your strength against the powerful sailfish or marlin.
The Billfish competition is a major tag-and-release tournament held in Nhulunbuy on the Gove Peninsula in Arnhem Land and targets the powerful sailfish and marlin as they return to the local waters of the Gove Peninsula following the cooler months. This is a team event and has become one of the Nhulunbuy Regional Sports Fishing Club’s signature events on the Northern Territory game fishing calendar. Teams nominate any two days for fishing.
