Katherine Country Music Muster
Enjoy country music, Katherine style.
Celebrating its eleventh year, the Katherine Country Music Muster is three days of non-stop country music festival, the biggest in the Northern Territory. The event kicks off with the Territory Showcase Concert held on the Friday night, showcasing entertainers from around the Northern Territory.
Saturday starts with a free ‘Big Brekky’ concert in the town square, the ‘Beaute Ute Muster’ competition, followed by the ‘Main Street Parade and Cavalcade’. Enjoy performances from a range of country music artists from across Australia. Delight in some country fare, a cold drink at the bar and a spot of line dancing.
Sunday jumps into action at the Katherine Outback Heritage Museum with an ‘entry free’ day for children. There will be free children entertainment which the whole family can enjoy. The muster concludes with a finale concert held in the evening.
