Queensland Week RACQ Big Barbecue

It will soon be time to don the apron and put a snag on the barbecue, all in the name of being a Queenslander at the Queensland Week RACQ Big Barbecue on Sunday 8 June. This will be a barbecue to top all barbecues.

The event, which is part of the Queensland Week festivities, will be held at Roma Street Parklands and will feature a big Barbecue cook off as well as many other activities. Highlights will include children's entertainment such as Dorothy the Dinosaur, Lipstikk, prize giveaways, dance workshops, face painting and balloon artistry.

There will also be a chance to meet your favourite writer at the Mary Ryan's chill out zone as well as story telling and colouring in competitions.
