The Bundaberg Heritage Network presents International Museums Day, a day to bring the family along to explore and discover your local heritage on a special bus tour to celebrate Museums Alight, a state wide celebration of International Museums Day.

Take part in guided tours of the Bundaberg Arts Centre, Bundaberg Railway Museum, Australian Sugarcane Railway, Bundaberg and District Historical Museum, Hinkler House Memorial Museum and Fairymead House.

Take a train ride and enjoy a social night out discovering the local collections. Enjoy dinner, drinks and desserts including wine from Hill of Promise Estate and ice-cream from Cold Rock Ice Creamery.
