Monto Show Society Drovers Cattle Drive

Experience the life of a drover and take part in a cattle drive along the stock routes in the Monto Shire with the Monto Show Society Drover's Cattle Drive. Start early on Saturday morning and drive approximately 100 head of stock a distance of about 16 kilometres. There will be a stop for lunch and breaks along the way during the day. Bush tucker at night and campfire singing, yarns and bush poetry. Camp under the stars for a different slant on life, then it's up early next morning to return the cattle along a different route.
