Kingaroy PCA Peanut Festival

The Kingaroy PCA Peanut Festival is an annual celebration of the lifestyles and livelihoods of a rural Queensland town. The theme is based around an iconic industry of the Kingaroy and South Burnett, with Kingaroy being at the heart of the production and processing. The festival seeks to capture and showcase the strength and capacity that the peanut industry has brought to the region.

Festival events include the annual Guinness World Record Peanut Thresher Pull (teams of 15), Queensland's Strong Man Games (for men, women, youth and children) featuring Farmer's Walk, Bag Stack and Carry, and Peanut Toss. There will also be entertainment and rides for children, market and food including specialty stalls featuring peanut products, and machinery and equipment (some antique) displays.
