Visual Arts in the Vineyard
Spend a laid back Sunday in the middle of some of Queensland's gorgeous vineyards under the broad blue skies, creating your own piece of art with guidance from a well-known artist, accompanied by great food and wine.
Barambah Ridge Winery at Redgate is holding Visual Arts in the Vineyards on the first Sunday of every month. Starting at 10.00 a.m. Gary Eyre a well known South Burnett artist, will be taking small groups of artists out into the vineyards and local areas for painting and visual arts classes. The day will break for lunch and guests are welcome to either bring their own picnics or enjoy lunch in the vineyard restaurant. The afternoon will be spent creating with Gary and will finish at 3.00 p.m.
Artists must bring their own materials. Preferred mediums are Pastels, Pencils, Charcoal, or Water Colours.
Bookings are essential for the days as the classes will be kept small for personal instruction.
