Goomeri Pumpkin Festival

The Goomeri Pumpkin Festival is celebrating its twelfth anniversary on Sunday 25 May. Entry is free. A dinner dance will be held on Saturday night.

The Great Australian Pumpkin Roll™ is the highlight of the festival and has to be seen to be believed. The streets of Goomeri are lined with over 200 market stalls, a street parade, live entertainment, demonstrations and displays, pumpkin novelty competitions, a quilt show and challenge quilt, camel rides, helicopter joyrides, children's entertainment, and delicious pumpkin food. This is just a sample of what to expect.
