Hervey Bay Whale Festival - Family Fun Day

The Whale Festival is a premier event for the Fraser Coast in August starting with the Blessing of the Fleet on Saturday 1 August which marks the beginning of the Hervey Bay Whale Watch season.

There are an exciting range of events held during the course of the Festival including a Family Fun day at Seafront Oval on Saturday 8 August with the Illuminated Street Parade and Grand finale of spectacular fireworks. There will be market stalls, food and beverage stalls and amusement rides entertaining those of all ages.
