Mitsubishi Rainbow Beach Family Fishing Classic
The Mitsubishi Rainbow Beach Family Fishing Classic is a fishing tournament that is open to all ages and gender, which are new or experienced at fishing, and for those who want to enjoy the experience of watching and participating in all the other activities.
The event is run by Rainbow Beach Sports Club, a not for profit community organization.
The event is run over an eight day period and has three major classes of fishing: Beach, Reef and Jew, providing offshore, inshore and beach fishing, which will cater for people with all levels of fishing experience. The event celebrates with over AUD100,000.00 in prizes and focuses very much on the family aspect, providing special days within the event especially for Kids, Ladies and Veterans.
