Mackay Half Marathon

Mackay Half Marathon is a celebration of fun and fitness within the community. The opportunity for runners and non-runners to experience the joy and satisfaction of finishing a running event. An opportunity for workmates to form a team and raise funds for the Leukaemia Foundation. The run takes in the beauty of the fast growing city of Mackay and showcases the scenic features including the Marina and crossings over the Pioneer River.

Running events include the Channel Seven Half Marathon, Sports power five kilometre fun run, and the BMA Corporate Challenge. All events start and finish at the Mackay Surf Club.
