Cunnamulla Outback Masters Games
Cunnamulla "Outback" Masters Games is a biannual event that has no participation criteria, except a minimum age. The games are an eclectic mix of competition, fun, friendships and Endeavour. There is nightly entertainment and a party atmosphere. 2009 will see the introduction of a selection of new sports to the competition, including woodchopping, kayaking, and shearing. The most popular event to date is the Cooper Creek to Cunnamulla bike ride, a 470 kilometre recreational trip that takes you across some of Australia’s most distinctive and beautiful outback scenery whilst meeting some of their unique characters who epitomise the bush. So bring the family along and get involved in the Cunnamulla Outback Masters Games.
