Reality Bites - The Truth About Non-Fiction
Reality Bites is a weekend program featuring award winning Australian writers, including Susanna de Vries, Gideon Haigh and John Birmingham, as well as newly released writers Annette Hughes, Sandy Mackinnon and Virginia Lloyd.
Their stories will take you from Cambodia to Cooroy, Melbourne to Romania, Papua New Guinea to Austria and many places in between.
The Reality program covers memoir, biography, social commentary, film, documentary and theatre. Reality seminars for writers cover freelance writing, writing memoir and community histories.
This event is held at The Majestic Theatre in Pomona, located in the heart of Noosa's hinterland. Pomona is 25 minutes drive from Noosa Heads, and 160 kilometres from Brisbane off the Bruce Highway.
